Ian is the managing director and has been in the industry for over 35 years. In addition to being the senior decision-maker, his responsibilities include: product development, compliance and, most importantly, introducer support. If you want a sensible, no-nonsense reply to any question, he is the man to call.
David is a co-director who has been in the consumer finance industry for over 50 years and was a founding member over the Corporation of Finance Brokers. Well-respected, he has an unrivalled knowledge of all things finance-related. While mostly retired now, David still makes regular visits to the office and works as a stand-in company rep whenever required.
Joining us from a background in education, Eleanor brings a wealth of skills and experience that translate perfectly into her new role as an underwriter. Eleanor supports our brokers and clients with underwriting, while also representing our company out on the road, meeting customers and building lasting relationships with our introducers.
Dan is our other co-director and our most qualified advisor. He has been with the company over 20 years and has thorough knowledge of our entire product range, as well as the mandate to make immediate decisions. He is often the first person to review an enquiry, making him the ideal person to ring!
Our senior administrator with over 35 years of experience! Caroline shares responsibility for the processing, packaging and prompt completion of all application types. She is always happy to discuss and update introducers on any case.
Debbie has been with us for over 40 years! She has sole responsibility for managing relationships with clients post-completion. She liaises with solicitors/brokers and clients regarding the redemption of accounts. Debbie also has the unfortunate task of overseeing legal action, making her our resident legal expert!
Whilst Jean is the second newest member of our team, she was formerly employed by our solicitors and has had a long-standing relationship with HFBS. Our book keeper, Jean helps keep the company in order.
