If you wish to proceed we will collate any additional information required. If you are an introducer we will require to talk directly to the client.
We carry out land searches, val comparison and credit searches within the hour
We issue contracts direct from our office
We visit you/your client to complete documents (on this basis no solicitors are required in most cases).
We transfer your funds. If you are an introducer any fees/commission due will be transferred at the same time.
